Alimentului<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"u1329-4\"><strong>SR EN ISO 22000:2018 Sistemul de Management al Sigurantei Alimentului<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"u1329-7\">Standardul SR EN ISO 22000:2018 specifica cerintele pentru asigurarea sigurantei alimentelor unde organizatia:<\/p><ul id=\"u1329-13\" class=\"list0 nls-None\"><li id=\"u1329-10\">trebuie sa demonstreze abilitatile sale in a controla calitatea si siguranta alimentelor;<\/li><li id=\"u1329-12\">indeplinirea cerintelor consumatorilor prin controlul asupra sigurantei si calitatii alimentelor.<\/li><\/ul><p id=\"u1329-16\">Legislatia europeana si internationala privind productia de alimente prevede aplicarea in toate unitatile implicate in productia, transportul, depozitarea si servirea alimentelor a principiilor unui sistem de asigurare a calitatii igienice bazat pe evaluarea si prevenirea riscurilor, deci a unui sistem HACCP.
