incredere in laboratoarele medicale, deoarece serviciile medicale sunt esentiale pentru ingrijirea pacientilor, iar acestea trebuie sa poata respecta necesitatile tuturor pacientilor si a personalului clinic responsabil pentru ingrijirea acestora. Referindu-se la calitate si competenta este evident ca standardul urmareste cele doua componente stabilind cerintele de management si cerintele tehnice specifice laboratoarelor medicale.<\/p><p id=\"u1444-4\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"u1444-6\">Serviciile laboratorului medical, inclusiv interpretarea rezultatelor si serviciile de consultanta trebuie sa fie astfel proiectate incat sa indeplineasca nevoile pacientilor si ale personalului medical responsabil pentru ingrijirea acestora. Pentru aceasta, standardul prezinta modul de definire a responsabilitatilor managementului si ale personalului laboratorului.<\/p><p id=\"u1444-7\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"u1444-9\">O directie in care managementul laboratorului trebuie sa defineasca si sa documenteze politicile si procedurile de selectare si utilizare este aceea a serviciilor externe si de aprovizionare care ar putea afecta calitatea serviciilor laboratorului.
